西工大新闻网6月29日电（张添）6月28日下午，英国卢顿大学曹光明教授应邀来管理学院进行学术交流，并作题为“An Introduction to fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis”的学术报告。报告会在管理学院214报告厅举行，由田庆锋副教授主持。管理学院青年教师、研究生、留学生参加了此次讲座。

曹教授在报告中详细介绍了引入fsQCA研究方法的意义，重点比较了fsQCA与定性回归模型的异同。其次，讲解了fsQCA的实施步骤，并结合自己的研究进行了案例分析。最后分析了fsQCA的局限性并预测了未来的应用趋势。fsQCA是一种定性与定量相结合的研究方法，其应用在国外趋于成熟，正在被越来越多的国内学者所采纳。

在提问环节，参会者积极发言，进行学术探讨，曹教授也为大家一一解答。

报告人简介：Guangming Cao, PhD, previously held lecturing positions at the Northwestern Polytechnical University in China and at the University of Ulster in UK. He is currently a Principal Lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire in UK. His research interests include business analytics, IT business value, strategic IT alignment, and systems thinking. His research has appeared in IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Information Technology & People, International Journal of Management Review, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning & Control, and will be in European Journal of Operational Research.
